Cultivating change by offering free workshops

BECAUSE WE MUST CULTIVATE THE CHANGE WE WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD.

Jackie believes in service. She has been volunteering for most of her life and has worked with organizations in the Twin Cites such as Amicus (Prisoner mentorship program), Free Arts Minnesota, and as a hospice volunteer. When she started her business, she committed to giving back to help her community thrive. Each year, she offers her services pro bono.

2021: FACILITATION TRAINING WORKSHOP

In 2021, Jackie offered a workshop to support individuals and their personal growth. The training was designed for those at the onset of their career, or simply looking for more tools, resources and skills to feel more confident in their role. Priority was given to people who identify as non-white, LGBTQIA+, Immigrants, women, and/or persons with disabilities.

2020: FRUITFUL FERTILITY

Led strategic planning workshop for founders to determine B2B sales strategy and top priorities for Q1 2020. Provided support to CEO post-workshop via biweekly check-ins.

“Jackie is a patient listener, a curious mind, an energetic collaborator and a clarity queen. While she’s organized and methodical, Jackie is also not afraid to pivot mid-conversation or meeting to help make sure teams and leaders are getting to the answers they need. She knows how to ask poignant, thoughtful questions that help guide teams toward solutions, without overwhelming everyone (not an easy tightrope to walk). She also knows intuitively when to drive and when to let go. How to get coworkers with conflicting priorities and perspectives nodding in agreement and get the most stubborn C-Suite folks to stop talking and start asking questions. The value she brings to every discussion, working session and design sprint is immeasurable. I’m so grateful for her guidance, optimism, professionalism, intuition, curiosity and kindness. A potent combination.” — Elyse Ash, Fruitful Fertility

2019: GIRL SCOUTS RIVER VALLEYS

Facilitated strategic problem solving workshop to tackle top-priority issues for the nonprofit in partnership with Assume Goodwill.

“The insights, observations, questions will absolutely help us strengthen our position in our market and help differentiate the Girl Scout experience and brand.” —Tish Bolger, Girl Scouts River Valleys

2019: TRANSFORMING THE TABLE

Led a content strategy and positioning planning session focused on Transforming the Table’s digital presence.

“Jackie was amazing, and I learned so much about myself and my business, and also about how to build my brand.” — Jenny Breen, Transforming the Table

2018: GOODSPEND MN

Facilitated a Design Sprint to prototype and test concepts for GoodSpendMN.

“As a startup business trying to mix the goals of social impact and profit, it’s really important that we find partners that share our view of the world. Jackie was a perfect fit. Her custom Design Sprint process was very helpful and was a refreshing approach to ideation. Jackie brings a real depth of experience and is naturally empathetic. I highly recommend both Jackie and her process for any company trying to push themselves to be more innovative.” — Justin Kaster, GoodSpend
